We believe you deserve individual attention during your treatment and strive to provide 1 on 1 sessions whenever possible.
Did you know you have the choice of where to go to for physical therapy? If you have had surgery or if you are under the care of a physician for an injury, it does not mean you have to go to that hospital systems rehabilitation center. We communicate with your physician and ensure they are aware of your progress. We are a direct care provider, which means with certain insurances you do not need a referral from your physician.
We accept most insurances and offer a private pay option.
Our goal is to improve your function, save you time and give you the attention you deserve to get better.

Yvonne Strauss, MSPT
Yvonne Strauss, MSPT
Yvonne was raised in the Addison area and received her Masters in physical therapy from Nazareth College in Rochester, NY. She has worked locally as a physical therapist since 2005 and has been employed as a full time therapist at Total Wellness since 2016. She has certifications in Manual Lymph Drainage, Postpartum Corrective Exercise, and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization. She has completed McKenzie training and is working on her certification in this as well.
She enjoys working with post surgical patient's, patients with back, neck and joint pain, patient's with lymphedema, postpartum issues, balance problems and weakness.
